stretch and breathe

Follow below as personal trainer, Triana Cristobal, shows us how to gracefully extend, expand both body and mind with three effective moves that work the legs, arms, glutes and abs all at once with or without ankle weights. Repeat on other side. Even better if we can find space outside to do in nature.


Don't forget to stretch after - sometimes hard to remember, so simple the task when we actually do it and the benefits are vast whether post rigorous workout or just sitting with our breath anytime, anywhere to relax, refocus and restore.
