Self-care

Summer Skin Tips

We always turn to and rely on JAM's resident skin expert, Christina Graci, for brilliant advice on how to take care all while waking up in awareness and action. Summer has arrived where many of us are still at home doing things ourselves more than ever and sometimes in need of a little self-care reminder.

Mask + water = hydration + calm

  1. Pre-sun: Brightening serum + sun protection!! Use a good serum to even skin tone that is non-photosynthesizing like Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum, 62x more effective than vitamin C. Next use a sunblock (SPF 50 Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen is a good one.) - be sure to reapply every 2 hours for adequate coverage.
  2. Post-sun: Two simple steps which include Caudalie Moisturizing Mask to deeply replenish hydration plus Caudalie Grape Water to soothe, calm and desensitize sun kissed skin.
