Autumn Arm Workout

Before you feast at your family's house try this very do-able workout

Our JAM resident personal trainer Triana Cristobal is back with a fun, do-it-at-home workout for the upper body limbs with or without weights.

We turned on our favorite song, pushed the coffee table aside, and followed these easy steps below making sure to repeat each move 8 quick times.

We didn't let the number of steps (16!) intimidate us...it keeps the workout from being mundane and monotonous while being super thorough at the same time utilizing small muscle groups in the arms we didn't even know we had! (We could also modify it by doing half the steps and the remaining 8 steps another day.)

  1. Arm flips
  2. Over and under taps
  3. Single arm overhead
  4. Arm pulls
  5. Peek-a-boo
  6. Bicep curls
  7. Side lean sway bicep curls
  8. Single arm reach
  9. Squat reach with tricep touch
  10. Back tricep lifts
  11. Forward tricep lifts
  12. Semi circle lifts
  13. Corner reach
  14. Lateral pulls
  15. Tricep pulls
  16. Alternate tricep pulls
